There is a one-time $100 join fee, an $85 monthly all-in-one technology fee and a $495 transaction fee, which may be paid by the client or the agent. Military members, veterans and military spouses have the monthly tech fee waived. Confirm current fees before joining.
How do I transfer my Ohio real estate license to ADT Realty?
After you apply and are approved, we walk you through transferring your license with the Ohio Division of Real Estate and Professional Licensing, updating your MLS membership and onboarding your technology.
